Horton Lodge will be holding their Lodge Meal for member of Horton Lodge and their guests on Tuesday 3rd May 2016

Start time is 7pm

Dress Code is Smart Casual

Menu Choices are -

Starters

A - Melon and Fruit plate, with duo of coulis

B - Smooth Chicken Liver Pate, with red onion marmalade

C - Cream of Vegetable Soup, with a Cheddar flute

Main Course

D - Lemon bay cod fillet – layers of prim code, lemons and bay leaves topped with chees crumb and buerre blanc

E - Roast Lamb - rump studded with garlic and rosemary, braised red cabbage and red wine reduction

F - Chicken Wellington – marinated chicken fillet, and mushroom duxelles wrapped in puff pastry

Dessert Course

G - French Apple Tart, and Crème Anglais

H - Chocolate Fudge Cake

I - Lemon Meringue Pie

Followed by Cheese and Biscuits, Tea or Coffee
